At ABN WEBTECH, we prioritize client satisfaction. We understand that situations may arise where a project cancellation or refund request becomes necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund will be granted.

When a Full Refund is Granted

We will happily provide a full refund in the following situations:

  • Project cancellation before design work begins: If you decide to cancel your project before any design work has commenced, you will receive a full refund.
  • Unforeseen circumstances: In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from fulfilling the project requirements. If this happens, we will issue a full refund after a mutual agreement to cancel the project.

When Refunds are Partial

If design work has already begun on your project before you request a cancellation, a partial refund will be issued. This is because time and resources have been invested in starting the design process. The refunded amount will be the total project cost minus the design charges incurred up to that point.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15-20 business days. Please note that the actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank’s processing times.

What is Not Refundable

  • Design charges for work already completed.
  • Rush fees or any other expedited service charges.
